Theme From The Movie "MANHOLE"

Sometimes it's easy to believe it
Sound may be the warmest thing he's found
He just starts playing, then he says to me:
"Ready your body for love, there is no gravity here”
Look up - the roof is gone and the long hand moves
Right on by the hour.
Look up - the roof is gone
The roof is gone, the roof is gone

La musica de espana es para mi como Ia libertad
Canta como si la libertad es suiyo
Convenir resuena para escapar
Escuche viento norte escuche
Como corneta nevada corneta cantar.
Alrededor vient oriente vient oriente
Enroyar disenroyar
Querdas que gritan
Querdas que cantan

Spanish wind keeps telling me
How it feels to sing free
It keeps blowing on me, and it’s showing me
Another way, another way to listen.
And if you hear, if you hear the wind singing like
Someone singing for your love
The more it sings the more you know
Horns and strings and time will show you
Show - show you, show you freedom

Como libertad – if it sounds good, when you hear him
If he looks good, when you see him
If he feels like a good man, when you touch him
When you come near him
I keep thinking about the way
You keep appearing in my ear

Spanish wind keeps telling me
How it feels to sing free
It keeps blowing on me, and it’s showing me
Another way, another way to listen.
And if you hear, if you hear the wind is singing like
Someone singing for your love
The more it sings the more you know
Horns and strings and time will show you
Show - show you, show you freedom

Como libertad – if it sounds good, when you hear him
If he looks good, when you see him
If he feels like a good man, when you touch him
When you come near him
I keep thinking about the way
You keep appearing in my ear

Resonar resonar escapar

And if you hear, if you hear
The singing silver wind
Fly, sailing, sailing human bird - fly into me
Look up - the roof is gone
And the long hand moves right, on right on by the hour
Look up the roof is gone
Look up again the roof is gone

Listen - the north wind sounds like freezing horns
Sailing through the east wind - and the east wind
Has winding unwinding strings
South wind sounds like skin on drums,
Skin on skin but the west wind,
Ah the west wind echoes like metal wings
Like a weathervein whining through the night
Iron wheel turns in front of the sun,
Four pronged metal cuts the sky.
Man must fly!
Man must fly!

Convenir resuena escapar - escapar
Convenir resuena escapar - escapar

If he wants to leave and follow
The sound of the wind
He's going to sing as it blows.
Let him go.
He'll make the long faces smile
He'll turn the dead air into sound.
He'll come back on the circle
He's not gone, he's just going around
Oh going around, ooh ooh around

Don't tie him down, he wants to run
Give him the sun.
Don't tie him down, he wants to run
Give him the sun.
And if you see - you think that man is going to leave
You can follow him but he's already gone

Don't tie her down, she wants to run
Give her the sun.
Don't tie her down, she wants to run
Give her the sun.
And if you see - You think that woman is going to leave
You can follow her, but she's already gone.

Don't tie me down I want to run
Give me the sun.
Don't tie me down I want to run
Give me the sun.
And if you see - You think I'm just about to leave,
You can follow me
But I'm already gone.

GIVE ME THE SUN

Come Again? Toucan

A floating Miranda hat with banana cluster
somewhere in the travels of the
Orange County tour of Aztec fountains.
Miss takes are made are maid because worlds
are miss under stud It's all in vowel you talk
Waking over some body's body Isabella strangle
thing to do
It's all over if not softlee you stalk
Seams like they fight all the bend when you climb
They'll rip on out again in your next body unwind.
Wear it again tear it again, body flying its way through time.
Soft rest repair repeat inside through quiet sublime.

It's  Only  Music

Don't look too far, you can find it everywhere
You can lose it without a warning
If you grab on too tight
Try to read too much into it
You know it's only music
That song - the one your hear inside late at night
It can set  you reeling.
That song, that song is just your own
Heart beating, but it can sound like a symphony

You hear a voice so clear you can't tell what its saying
Well maybe you now that tune you hear
Might never end
I thought that I heard you singing at night
You know I had the feeling
That I, I have known that song
Way beyond this life without beginning

Who knows the name of that song?
Go broke and come back singing
Since the world appeared
Get  write it down
Cos’It doesn't spell
It doesn't end.

In the still, the still of the night
When the wind is quiet
Quiet and still
I sit inside, the empty room
Waiting  hear the tune that
Comes stealing through the mazes - write on empty pages

Well I know we'll never get that song quite right
But still we're singing
Well I know ten thousand tunes are captured there
That much I know

Blue sun under the clouds - the smoke of wrack and ruin
Someone waits beneath the roses, playing guitar
Playing for me

Well l don't see beyond those eyes - not too far
Don't look too far you can find it  most anywhere
But you can lose it, without a warning
If you grab on too tight or try to read too much into it
You know it's only music - don't try too hard - it will come to
you - yes it will

Better Lying Down

That's all right
You don't have to stand up on your feet
When she comes sliding into town
That's all right
Anywhere I tell you how I see it here,
I tell you , I tell you just what I found

She don't recognize you standing up
You know she thinks you look
you look better lying down!

Here’s the list
She can give you some tooth dropping City woman
A heart stopping refined sugar,
All day sucker licking, licking type of sound.
Long tonged daddy
Few people may get up and go?

But just as long as you're smiling
Nothing wrong about
Nothing wrong about where you're going down

I don't see any triangle stop sign
I don't see any kind of stop sign in your way
I don’t hear, I don’t hear any question being asked
About where you want to go
Or where you want to stay
Good Lord - let her ride!
She definitely looks like she knows the way,
Know the way.

Epic (#38)

What are the pipes a-playing for said files on parade?
Why do they shake the darkness with their sound?
Why are the drummers rollin' on to call us here again?
Who will they take away this time around?

I can feel the hurricane and I can smell the sun
And if I had my way we could try one.
So gather in all you knew when you thought that you were young.
Stand before the walls and sing! Sing

And if you think we've come nowhere at all
Think about where we were just ten years ago
All of us most everybody lookin' just looking for a hero.
All the times that we knew
All the ways that we grew
it's just a faraway
An alien high - if it don't come through to you,
That everybody everywhere in the world must agree
The time is so ripe for love, love, clear love

In the hazy afternoon when the people run around
In the hazy afternoon by the city gates
The beggars on the stairs weavin' young children
In the hair of the shy young ladies

Do you feel your mind is bending twisting turning too
Do you sometimes feel they'll run you crazy
Go and lay your hand into the hand of a friend.
One and one is two times more than you.
And everything that you can do for somebody in this world
And all the sounds that run around in your mind my baby
Take 'em all put 'em in your life hold it up to the light
And let it shine.

Take it all in your hands
Take it in your hands and hold it to your ear
Music in the shell dance around the waterline
In your life you can untune the sky
So everybody everywhere in the world might feel
Another language without reading you can
Hear what they sing - All needing love

 Notes
